Prestigious waterfront property in Punta Volpe, one of the most exclusive locations on the coast of of the marina town of "Porto Rotondo". In addition to the important location directly on the water, the Villa enjoys an exclusive access to the beach and private boat pier. The property, on a plot of over 5,500 meters, includes a main villa and guest annex.
The elegant villa, known for the wall painting of the famous painter "Renato Guttuso", comfortably sits all on one level and is composed of; a large and important living room, dining area, large fully equipped professional kitchen, study area and access to multiple large verandas and relaxation areas facing the garden and scenic swimming pool. The sleeping area of the villa consists of 5 bedrooms, two of which are VIPs and all with en-suite bathrooms. There is also an area equipped as a wellness room, a sauna, a massage room and an outdoor covered equipped gym.
The property has several well groomed, sheltered and easy to access garden spaces for lounging and relaxing. Not far from these relaxation spots, well connected to the kitchen area, we find a large outdoor dining area with barbecue, well equipped for important dinners and joyful gatherings with family and friends. Directly in front of the living room area there is an additional large relaxation area, the swimming pool and the dining area. A solarium area was also strategically positioned on the terraced part of the villa.
The property has all the comforts, fully air conditioned, security alarm, entrance with electric gate, private parking spaces and staff quarters.

We would book this place again for a family vacation and can recommend it.
We were with family (6 adults and 2 small dogs) in the accommodation, booked at short notice, everything worked out - earlier check-in - later check-out. The house was beautiful, just like the pictures. Everyone had their own area, room and bathroom. The garden and pool very well maintained. A very nice outdoor area. The kitchen with all appliances very well equipped and clean, we could use everything. The location and the area are quiet and wonderful for relaxation. Communication with the landlady was very good. We would book this place again for a family vacation and can recommend it.

We were very happy and satisfied with our mini vacation! The house is very beautiful and has everything you need to relax!The beautiful Ira beach can be reached on foot in about 5-7 minutes. We really appreciate the advice and directions received from the owners (really kind and helpful) on where to try the local cuisine and what to visit in the area. Highly recommend to everyone!

Really lovely Villa in a quiet residential area, very convenient location for the beach, shops and restaurants. 15 min walk into the heart of Porto Rotondo and all its amenities. The Villa itself was immaculately clean, great outdoor space and lovely garden.. the large pool was a huge hit. Beds super comfy, great showers and kitchen very well equipped. Covered secure parking. Super responsive host, excellent communication and really accommodating with early check in/late check out to fit in with our flight times. Photos don’t do justice to the property and grounds .. highly recommended and would stay again.

What an amazing place to stay.
Super easy and flexible check-in and check-out process, with no added chores, which made it so smooth. The balcony view was amazing, and the pool (and its view!) were just as incredible. The hosts left a bunch of helpful things in the house, making our stay even better. Great experience overall!

We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every roomIncluding the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto Rotondo!
The pool was such a hit with our daughter that it was difficult to pull her away from it so that we could go venture out to some of the stunning nearby beaches! Beautiful property with tons of private, quiet outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets. Awesome being so close to the Seawall which is a nice walk and leads to many restaurants. Grocery stores nearby as well. Was great to have en suites for all bedrooms. Comfortable space for our family which was four adults and two young children.

Repeat Guests: This was our second time staying at the villa and we continue to love it. Some of the highlights include an amazing outdoor space with beautiful views of the marina, a zero-entry pool (perfect for our kids) and the ability to walk to local shops, restaurants and beaches. The housekeeper, Paola, is so lovely and very helpful. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
