The luxurious minimalist-style villa is located in Palma, the capital of the Balearic Islands, on the island of Mallorca. It is just 4 km (a 10-minute drive) from Palma city center, 4 km from the airport and only 150 meters from the beach. Close to a 5 km-long cycling boulevard and a 36,000 m² park. Quiet, well connected and with all services within walking distance, including some open on holidays. The area offers a wide culinary selection, including some of Palma’s best seafood restaurants. Located less than 6 km from four marinas, it is ideal for water sports, cycling, jogging, skating and outdoor fitness.

It was a wonderful place, perfect get away for us Canadians to relax and enjoy !
The toddlers bath soaps and toys, cot, bed guards up to the games tables, PlayStation, cinema room for the older children. The pool was a good size and enjoyed by all. Several of our party took advantage of the bikes and cycled the short distance into Palma which was great fun. We would definitely recommend this villa and will return again!

This house is located on a quiet street very close to restaurants, cafes and the beach! They have a great selection of bicycles which made exploring Palma very easy. It was about a 15 mins ride on easy pathways to the old city. The agent of portobellotravels (Antonio)was very helpful, checked in on us to make sure we were ok and offered great recommendations. The house, pool, and all the amenities were fantastic. I would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay (2 families, 4 adults and 4 teenagers in total). The Villa is brilliantly equipped - better than the write up - and perfectly located. A short walk to the beach, to restaurants, to supermarkets and to the bus into Palma. It was easily the best villa we’ve stayed in with Airbnb.

The Pool was great. It is very spacious. The area is perfect. A short walk to the beautiful beach and a short walk to the next supermarket. Everything is nearby, but the area is quiet for our childrens !

It was kitted out perfectly for large groups with lots to do within the villa and also the local area. It was super clean and you could easily entertain large groups if you didn’t want to avail of the fantastic restaurants in the local area. Would highly recommend for multiple family groups or special celebrations. Would love to go back!
We loved the Villa
The family were so friendly and helpful. The pool cover was perfect with mixed weather at the start of our stay. The boys enjoyed playing pool, table football and table tennis. Lots of space. Kitchen and BBQ fantastic. We loved the sound of the birds. Easy to get to the beach and lots of lovely places to eat. Bikes were superb and we enjoyed cycling as a family ❤️ Thank you for a great holiday.
