Wonderful Villa located just a few minutes from the center of Porto Cervo with spectacular view on Porto Cervo's port.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden and it consists of a large living room, with dining area and various relaxation areas, which overlooks a veranda used as a dining area and an internal patio used as a relaxation area.
On the same floor there is a large professional kitchen, with island and four-seat table.
Going up a few steps there is a toilet.
Going down a few steps you will find the sleeping area consisting of 3 bedrooms each with an independent bathroom and direct access to the swimming pool.
In the basement there is a room used as a laundry and 1 bathroom.
The hall leads to the upper floor, where the master bedroom is located, with en-suite bathroom, a office / relaxation area and access to 1 small veranda.
In the garden there is also an annex with its own living room, kitchen, toilet, veranda, bedroom with bathroom en-suite.
From the swimming pool and solarium area, it is possible to enjoy a beautiful view of Porto Cervo.
The villa also has a surveillance system, a barbecue area, a gym and private parking.

Everything was perfect.
Honestly cannot say enough about this beautiful home away from home. Everything was perfect. The location is stunning, the views impeccable and the house itself is both homely, welcoming and beautiful. The photos don’t do it justice, incredibly. It really is better than we imagined.The area is perfect for families and we made the most of the beaches, lovely local villages like San Pantaleo and Arzachena and all they had to offer. Nothing is more than a 15 minute drive. We spent many happy days not even leaving the house, relaxing by the pool and cooking dinner on the bbq. It was a perfect week and we didn’t want to leave anf for this reason we have book again 2 weeks in august this year.Can't wait to come august and return!

In September 2025, we came with our family to Sardinia for a week-long vacation to celebrate my wife's birthday. We stayed at the villa which exceeded all our expectations.The villa is spacious and well-equipped.The WiFi was excellent and allowed us to watch shows that weren't broadcast on TV. The kitchen was well-equipped and enabled us to prepare meals. Within a short drive there are beautiful beaches, and the pool at the villa allows you to stay at the villa if you don't want to leave the house. In conclusion, we highly recommend the villa
